FISHING ORGANIZATIONS

Trout Unlimited: Mission - to conserve, protect and restore North America's trout and salmon fisheries and their watersheds.

Federation of Fly Fishers: National organization dedicated to the practice and preservation of the sport of fly fishing.

Northern California Council FFF: The Northern California Council is a regional sub-division of the Federation of Fly Fishers. Extending from approximately San Luis Obispo, California north to the Oregon border and from the Pacific Coast east through Nevada, the Northern California Council (NCCFFF) includes 21 member clubs and numerous unaffiliated individual members.

Oregon Trout: Mission - to protect and restore native wild fish, and the ecosystems that sustain them.

American Sportfishing Association: A non-profit industry association working to ensure healthy and sustainable fisheries resources and increase sportfishing participation through education, conservation, promotion and marketing.

American Fisheries Society: The American Fisheries Society (AFS), founded in 1870, is the oldest and largest professional society representing fisheries scientists.

For the Sake of the Salmon: For the Sake of the Salmon plays a key role in protecting and restoring salmon in the Pacific Region by working to build consensus on salmon management issues, supporting efforts to recover and protect watersheds, and establishing a Pacific salmon fund.

California Sportfishing Protection Alliance: An alliance of sportfishing groups seeking administrative and legal remedies to restore degraded fisheries and guard against threats to what is left.
